Works with owners of eligible historic properties in Ohio to help them qualify
for a 20 percent federal income tax credit available to those who substantially
rehabilitate income producing properties listed in the National Register of
Historic Places or for the new 25 percent Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit. Advises on the
physical conservation of historic properties,
and provides services to property owners and members of the general public,
including Building Doctor clinics. Provides design assistance for the Ohio
Main Street Program.
