In order for students to participate in their District (regional) History Day event,
they must register before the deadline. District History Days take place Saturdays in March and early April.

If a student qualifies for Ohio History Day, registration must be returned to the NHD-OH office by
April 11th. Students will recieve info packets, including registration information, directly following their
District History Day.
Ohio History Day is Saturday April 25, 2009 at Columbus State Community College.

The top two projects in each category will move on to National History Day,June 7-11th at the
University of Maryland in College Park. National History Day includes students from across the country,
American Samoa and Puerta Rico. For more information on National History Day go to www.nhd.org .
