Please remember the following Ohio Historical Society regulations and common courtesies when placing a geocache.

Ohio Historical Society Regulations O.R.C. Section 155.05

Historical Area Regulations Prohibit:

1. The use or consumption of alcoholic beverages, hallucinogens or controlled substances.
2. Dumping of refuse.
3. Firearms or other explosive devices.
4. Pets in restored historic areas or building, in other areas on short leash (6 ft. or less) at all times, and never in picnic areas.
5. Fires (except in grill areas provided for the same), camping or overnight parking.
6. The use of motorized vehicles, except in parking lot and driveway.
7. Metal detectors, skate boards, ATVs, sledding or skating.
8. Admittance after dark.
9. Off trail walking or hiking.

Removal of or damage to grounds, structures, vegetation, etc. shall be considered vandalism.
