As a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, the Ohio Historical Society relies heavily on private contributions to supplement ever-dwindling public funds. Through the generosity of numerous individuals, corporations, foundations and organizations, we are able to maintain a network of 60 historical sites, provide ongoing history education programs for children and adults, and bring a variety of exciting and engaging exhibits to our museums.
